You're going to get less than half of what you ordered, and don't even think about finding meat in your entree. Staff is rude; everything sucks about this place. After school, I try to eat here, but no, you guys love being stingy and love passionately screwing your customers over.

I looked at Natalie and said listen, I paid full price I need full cup. Without hesitation, she came in with the kind-calm voice confirming what I asked for then she grabbed gloves and another cup and started filling it up to make sure my experience was top notch. Home boy up front had a lot to do and was alone on the line with a hefty line. But my mom would’ve turned me back to the store if I didn’t come home with a full cup!! The place looked like a raccoon had been eating out of a dumpster food scraps and trash everywhere. That’s not just sloppy; it’s a safety issue for the people working there and for anyone eating in that space. I placed a mobile order for two bowls with a 13-minute ready time. I get that they’re understaffed, but 35 minutes is still too long. Cleanliness in the food areas has to be a priority, no excuse. The food itself was disgusting tonight, tiny and questionable pieces of chicken. Disappointed doesn’t cover it.
