- KSKristine SimmonsJun 11, 20261.0I have visited many Chipotle locations over the years, and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at one. My boyfriend and I arrived around 9:00 PM, so I understand that some ingredients may have been running low. However, the communication from the staff was inconsistent and unprofessional. We were initially told that there were no beans or chicken left for the night. Shortly afterward, another employee informed us that both items were still being cooked and that we could wait. We chose to wait, only to watch four customers receive chicken and beans from the back area where takeout orders were being prepared. After seeing this, we got back in line, expecting the items to be available, but were once again told that chicken and beans would not be served. The entire situation was frustrating and confusing. The restaurant itself was also poorly managed. At one point, I overheard an employee suggest that the manager reuse serving dishes from earlier in the afternoon for the freshly prepared food. In addition, the employee preparing our bowls added incorrect ingredients and then walked away before completing our order. I am usually very patient and understanding, especially during late-night hours, but this was genuinely the worst experience I have ever had at a food establishment. The lack of organization, poor communication, and overall service was just unacceptable. Don’t even get me started on the tower of 50 dirty, crusting dishes sitting next to fresh food and stacked right behind the counter.
