    havent been back in a long while. like decades. ordered take out. the pizza was soft and almost unfinished like the cheese hadnt even melted yet. the side salad came with no dressing, which is sad to sit in a hotel room and eat nearly uncooked pizza and eating pieces of raw lettuce and soggy non crisp "croutons" that ended up all getting tossed in the trash. but hey, good to know you're still in business i guess. But I'll never spend money with you again.

    Hadn't been in years, but was back visiting family, and thought we'd grab a quick lunch. The quality of food used-types of olives, tomatoes, etc. was bad even for a fast food restaurant. The soup tasted like food service #10 of Lentil Soup. Service was terrible. The server did not remember one single thing during our ordering or service. She wasn't rude or anything, just unable to perform the basic tasks of the job. Great memories fron the glory days of Bertucchi's in Cambridge, but no need to ever return now.

    Got eight pizzas for community event. Was served by Danny, who was an absolute sweetheart. Pizzas were piping hot and fresh and everyone enjoyed!

    Writing a review to warn people about the alfredo. DO NOT ORDER THE ALFREDO! The sauce tasted only of cream, butter, and pasta water, with very little salt to speak of and not a trace of parmesan. Indeed I would not be surprised to hear that there was no parmesan (or even cheese) at all. It was kind of creamy, kind of starchy, and overall flavorless - not even salty. It was so bizarrely un-alfredolike (where was the beloved tang?) that I assumed our experience must have been a fluke until I found that other people mentioning the alfredo in reviews only had bad things to say. Now for the rest of the review. We got chicken parm and chicken piccata, and they were both good, with generous portions. Our server was also helpful and the restaurant ambiance was normal. I just felt morally obligated to tell people not to order the alfredo

    The Alfredo had no flavor. I don’t think they seasoned it. In fact, I don’t even think they put cheese in it. It tasted like watered down cream. The worst fettuccine Alfredo I’ve ever had.
