- RRRubioMay 7, 20261.0I have no clue how Bertucci’s became so successful. This is one of the worst pizzas in the city. Their dough is bland (as if frozen), the sauce is watery and is made of the cheapest tomatoes. Salad is a separate story! They brought us a “salad” (just emptied a bad of a salad mix from a grocery store) with a dressing in a little plastic container, you get these sauces in hospitals, it was “make your salad yourself type of thing!”, with literally 6 olive pieces (after we told them that they forgot to put a few ingredients).
