    For a place who’s rep is pizza… this place should walk in shame. SHAME, shame, SHAME! Overpriced, undercooked, and TASTELESS! Deserves to go under! You have lost your way! Get lost! 😡

    I want to leave a 5 star review for the staff of this Bertucci’s location. They’re phenomenal. I typically get takeout, and I try to do it directly through their site because for some reason half the time I use DoorDash, there’s some issue or another with the DoorDash drivers. The manager I spoke too once was great and helpful, and the people answering the phone are also on top of things. If anyone wants takeout from here- do it on the Bertuccis website. They have their own drivers, and if there’s ever an issue they’ll rectify it immediately. But, I’ve never had an issue when ordering directly from them. Big thanks to the staff here, you all do a great job and I appreciate it!

    Really great food and service - the manager and waitstaff worked really hard and really cared - their bbq chicken pizza is amazing - better than nyc!

    I only dropped in for takeout, but it was probably the most pleasant pickup of food I've ever experienced. I was a little early so the manager offered me my rolls to snack on while I waited. We chatted a bit, he brought out my pizzas as they finished and opened up the box and showed them to me to make sure they were acceptable and went out of his way to get some extra salad dressing for me. Food was excellent, the service and customer friendly attitude even better. Highly appreciated and recommended!
