The staff comes across as a bit strange, works at a snail's pace, and gives off the impression that they really don't want to be there. A complete staff overhaul might actually do this place some good. Instead of focusing on decent customer service, the staff seemed much more concerned with ensuring no one took photos inside—even though I was just trying to snap a quick photo of the overall vibe as a vacation souvenir, with zero employees in the shot. On top of that, the entire restaurant looked extremely unkempt, and the portions were ridiculously small compared to other branches. Unfortunately, I only realized after the fact that this location has a rating below 3 stars—which is exceptionally bad, even for fast-casual dining. Absolutely not recommended!

Opens at 10:45 but usually foods not ready until 11 so you either have to wait or get something else. I go to chipotle almost everyday for lunch unless they offer me a position as a one of those secret reviewers I’ll likely switch up to doba. So sad Chipotle. I would actually go so much I knew which locations were better at certain times. Newburyport has rlly been letting me down recently:(
