Recently got handed my burrito bowl and their hands and work station were so messy that the entire bottom and top is covered in guac (didn't order guac so it was on their hands from someone else)
- KKKrishnaApr 25, 20262.0This chipotle has no ceiling. They had no ice. The water buttons were sticky. The server disrespected the food of my brethren and I. The food was cold. Half of my tortilla was left out of the presser. There were no spoons. There were no forks initially until the staff complied with my request to refill them. My associate, Clemens, really liked it. Quality was compromised for an attempt at efficiency. Will not be returning, at least until they get a ceiling and some ice. Highly recommend for those seeking discomfort.

- PKPeter KhouryMar 23, 20261.0I’m honestly very disappointed with this Chipotle location. The place is noticeably dirty, which already makes the experience uncomfortable from the start. On top of that, the portions are extremely small — especially for the rice and chicken. What’s worse is that they’re very quick to charge extra for things like additional rice or cheese, even when the original portion they give you is barely anything. You end up paying more just to get what should be a normal serving, and even then the bowl still looks half empty. Overall, it feels like they’re cutting corners while charging full price. Definitely not worth it.
- JMJulie MacLeodMar 14, 20261.0Waited 15 minutes at the drive through window before anyone greeted us, thenanother 10 before she handed us our bag and said sorry we ran out of guac... they also added fajits which i did not want and put the wrong type of beans... almost $50 and online customer service "made up for it" by giving 1 free drink with the next order... lol 2 large chips ang guac is $15+ dollars.... not equivalent to 1 drink... This location has consistently gotten my orders wrong. I often find chicken or steak chunks in my sofritas... im a vegetarian... Not just this experience was bad, but this was my LAST experience with them!
