  Oh, this place is a masterpiece of disappointment. I grabbed a Big Mac meal, drove home a whole five minutes, and shockingly — it was already cold. Not “cooled off,” but “did this come straight from the walk‑in fridge?” cold. The Big Mac itself looked like it had been artistically thrown into the box. Half hanging out, buns doing their own thing, patties the size of half‑dollar coins — truly a culinary marvel. And for the low, low price of $20 (plus a two‑cheeseburger meal), what a bargain. The staff? Oh, they were radiating enthusiasm. With no one else in line, they still managed to deliver food that looked and tasted like it had lost a fight. Inspirational. And management? Corporate? Absolutely glowing with pride over this “premium experience.” They act like we should feel honored — blessed, even — to receive such garbage service and garbage food. Never coming back. Not to this location, not to any of them. I’ve had enough of the magic.

  I don’t usually give reviews but this pissed me off. I sat in the drive thru on the left while 3 cars ordered on the right I heard 3 times I will be right with you as they continue to take orders in the other lane.. so I drove up and ordered at the window very poor service on there part..

  I stopped by the McDonald’s on Cogshall recently, and unfortunately the service wasn’t great. The place seems to be run mostly by a younger crew, and there was a noticeable lack of attention to customers at the counter. I stood there for a while without being acknowledged, even though staff were nearby. I understand places get busy, but a simple “we’ll be right with you” goes a long way. The experience just felt disorganized and inattentive. Hoping to see some improvement in customer service in the future.

  Very competent and helpful staff, dining room and restrooms always clean, and I have never seen their shake/McFlurry machine out of order. That's how you properly run a McDonald's 👍🏼
