- KCKiara CalderonSep 26, 20265.0I am giving this dunkin 5 start all across simply because they seem to have a new crew. I want begin by acknowledging the gentleman Navi. Yesterday 9/25/26 was a very rough morning. My husband and I were on our way to work and had to make the usual breakfast stop. Then realized we needed to put air on my tires. When checking all tires realized there was a nail on one of the wheels. My husband said to get a head start and order the breakfast when I went in I was tender by Navi and he said " good morning will you be having your usual 7 7 7 xl hot today"? I look at him and almost immediately go have hug him. I was so impressed. That made all the difference for me that morning. While so many things were going wrong 1 thing went right. Customer service is hard but you are also the person most people see before seeing the world. Thank you for this if you are not a manager well you should be . I see how he cleans after every pour and constantly listening. There is a few other employee who have great mannerism as well. I did ask him for his name but i see each ans one of them and how they all act. Also my husband typical breakfast is 777 xl hot with 2 slightly toasted bagels and LESS SPREAD which means cream cheese on it. Great great job Navi...

People like that don't deserve a job if you just don't care or have even the slightest bit of human decency. She should be fired. She even turned away and mumbled under her breath after I thanked her. Will never go here again just because of this experience

Nothing is ever made right and the employees run around the kitchen area screaming playing tag in front of customers very unprofessional
