The way she belittled an employee in front of customers is disturbing. I will be calling corporate. What a miserable hostile environment.

" Good morning, can I have a small hot black 3 sugars please?" First mistake, thay put cream in the coffee. I came back and asked politely to get another one. And they proceeded to give me another one, now with no sugar. But I bet they would be able to get the orders correct if they weren't on their phones, laughing and sharing memes.
