- ZMZahra Moqtar4 days ago2.0I come this shop every day to get my coffee and my energy drink and somehow the morning team they give me burnt coffee every day like I’m so tired. They never change or wash the espresso. They just keep making until it gets better and nasty. The manager very respectful I like her and she fix my coffee but the worker in the morning somehow they give me burnt coffee literally every day and I’m tired of returning it. It looks like I’m gonna look for other one because it’s at my neighbor that’s why I come by every day I wanna be fair the girl that make my energy drink around six 5 PM. She’s very good and she even knows my drink and I pull up. She asked me do you want your energy drink so for her I give her five stars. I wish I know her name so I can mention her here, but I know she knows herself. five star for the even worker one start for the morning worker.

Why are we getting annoyed with customers wanting what they paid for. Normally this dunkin isn't an issue thats why I go there, except Sunday mornings now

While they were eating, a worker started mopping the floor around them and the are they were at . When they got up to leave my aunt let the worker know that they were leaving their food wrappers on the table due to the floor being soaked and they both were scared to walk over it . The worker rudely and in a disrespectful manner told her that they have to pick up after themselves because she is not a waitress and that they will not fall and the floor is safe . Just unbelievable! I will be calling corporate to file a grievance!
