- CCCoralina Coj5 days ago1.0Does this even look like a Bacon, egg, and cheese??? I asked I can’t have sausage. I ask one of the worker to change it. The same worker who gave my food and drink said how weird I am for not eating sausage, I’m not allergic to it, I just don’t eat it I walked away from how they treat me.
- CLCee LynMay 27, 20261.0Older lady in the morning is really rude. I made my order, she repeated it back and wrote it wrong on the screen. I corrected her, because on the screen was wrong. She assured me it was right inside and that she couldnt take off the items on the screen. I got my coffee, and shocker! It was wrong. I drove back and let her know that it was incorrect and she argued with me that she made the coffee herself, which I tasted it and it was 100% wrong. She didnt make the coffee, the young man made the coffee and he followed the tag[ which was wrong]. PSA Dunkin: maybe hire people that can follow prompts and not have a bad attitude when corrected. It takes less energy to be kind, then to be rude.

- HHHasleyMar 5, 20261.0dunkin is great when the employees actually do their job that they get paid for. i asked for bagel with cream cheese SPREADDD as in PUT THE CREAM CHEESE ON THE BAGEL FOR ME because i am actively on the road and cannot do it myself. i also asked for toasted DARK. the bagel was not toasted at all AND the cream cheese was not on there, who would have known. not even a KNIFE for me to spread the cream cheese on there if i wanted. and it wasnt even busy. 2 people in line INCLUDING ME at a drive through only dunkin. so crazy. theres people who actually want to work their job then theres people who work at this specific dunkin
