I used to go to this dunkin daily and now I avoid it like the plague unless I am in the area and going straight on the highway. The food quality is terrible we have gotten food that was barely cooked I’m talking still cold BACON… chicken that is cold not warm.. cold and egg that isn’t even touched. I understand what it is like to be in the middle of a rush… however my wife and I just went to Dunkin sat in the drive through for 2 mins with 0 cars a head of us for a pick up order. There was no other customers.. and 4-5 employees inside… we had to say we were picking up 4 times and also had to keep turning away food and drinks because the people behind us drinks were ready even though they didn’t come until way after us.. the workers were all talking and having very unprofessional conversations. Honestly that isn’t what bothered me. What bothered me was the dismissiveness in us as customers and the fact they claim it took so long because they were making the food… to then get the food and the egg still be sorta frozen (not ice frozen but not cooked) and the bacon to be uncooked… yall need to do better. You lost a customer.

They just said you’re all set.and she went up to the window they were making a medium and she asked them she didn’t say medium. She wanted a large for free and it says you ordered a medium but she never did. She wanted a large so they gave her a medium drink. She’s not happy.

The same worker who gave my food and drink said how weird I am for not eating sausage, I’m not allergic to it, I just don’t eat it I walked away from how they treat me.
- CLCee LynMay 27, 20261.0Older lady in the morning is really rude. I made my order, she repeated it back and wrote it wrong on the screen. I corrected her, because on the screen was wrong. She assured me it was right inside and that she couldnt take off the items on the screen. I got my coffee, and shocker! It was wrong. I drove back and let her know that it was incorrect and she argued with me that she made the coffee herself, which I tasted it and it was 100% wrong. She didnt make the coffee, the young man made the coffee and he followed the tag[ which was wrong]. PSA Dunkin: maybe hire people that can follow prompts and not have a bad attitude when corrected. It takes less energy to be kind, then to be rude.
