  Last week I went in looking for ice cream this worker there was extremely helpful and polite. I wanted to give him a shout out on this. He suggested sherbet due to cholesterol issues. Very nice worker two thumbs up.

  This store seems to be trying to raise its profile! It now carries sushi, but the sushi had an off taste. The store is huge and mostly carries standard products, but occasionally you can find an item that is new for it and tasty. It is clean and the staff is helpful and courteous.

  I normally never have any issues shopping here the store is clean, everything is organized and the deals are good. However there’s this older lady with glasses who’s normally in the self checkout i’ve seen her many times there was a error when I went to self checkout with one of my items and she comes by ( mind u i didn’t even hear her come behind me) and mumbles “ ugh move” under her breath and scans her work card. Who is she talking too? 😂 she’s lucky there was people next to me because i would’ve broke those glasses- learn how to say excuse me

  Every single time we order from them , I’m missing 40$ worth of food that I’m not getting paid back for. I’m trying to give the stop n shop workers the benefit of the doubt, but when I’m ordering two things, the workers packing the food should know it says two items instead of one

  I've been a loyal Stop & Shop customer for years, and it holds a special place in my heart. Growing up in Natick, my family is deeply connected to this community. One of the highlights of my visits is the deli, where Jason and Bob always go above and beyond to take care of my daughter, who has autism. They know her favorite cheese and treat her with such kindness—it really makes a difference. However, I had an unfortunate experience during my visit tonight. There was a staff member—I didn’t catch his name—who seemed really out of sorts. I later found out he wasn’t new, but his service was surprisingly careless. He handled the cheese in a way that was almost disrespectful, tossing it around and crumpling it before tossing it into the bag. It was disappointing to see, especially since I know how well things can be done there. I get that we all have off days, but it's important to remember that those moments shouldn't affect how we treat others. It felt like he wasn’t really listening to me, which left me feeling dismissed. His customer service was lacking, to say the least. Because of this experience, I’ll only feel comfortable visiting the deli when Jason or Bob are there. They truly care, and that makes all the difference for me and my family.
