Despite repeatedly requesting a simple iced latte made with skim milk, the order has consistently been made wrong. After giving the store multiple opportunities to improve, today will be my last visit. I had hoped for better consistency and attention to customer orders, but unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

The 3rd time: The iced Dunka Latte tasted completely different from what I usually get, as if they were making it at random. The 4th time (and last): I clearly asked for very little ice in my drink along with a toasted croissant. The result? A cup filled three-quarters with ice, and a croissant burned to a crisp It has become painfully clear and certain that the teenage employee working the evening shift intentionally ruins and sabotages orders out of sheer anger. If you hate your job and aren't fit for it, why stay and treat people with such audacity?! This is the absolute last time I will ever set foot in this stupid branch, all because of atrocious service and that insolent, rude teenager

I ordered a coffee with three sugars, but they only put two and wrote it wrong on the cup. When I politely asked her to fix it, she slammed the cup on the counter, yanked it back aggressively, took her time on purpose, and turned her back on me, leaving her employee to finish helping me. The rest of the staff is always great, but this manager is extremely rude to customers. I honestly cannot recommend being served by her. Dunkin' Donuts really needs to address this.
