The bagel was hard like a leather, could not even have one single bite out of that and the coffee was absolutely cold. I have all reasons to believe that the bagel was left over from yesterday and the coffee was also left over for a long time. Horrible food and service, i would never return to this location

On more than one occasion, I’ve received something different from what I actually ordered, which is frustrating when you’re trying to grab food quickly. Most recently, I purchased the $6 Meal Deal and received only two hash browns instead of the full order. The staff did correct the mistake and provided me with two orders, which I appreciate, but I didn’t realize the order was still incomplete until I was already back at work. Another ongoing issue is that my order is rarely placed on the designated pickup shelf. I can see that the order has been completed and is sitting behind the counter, but I have to go up to the employees and ask for it almost every time. This defeats the purpose of having a pickup area in the first place. Mistakes can happen, but when incorrect orders and pickup issues happen repeatedly, it becomes very frustrating. I hope management addresses these issues because the overall experience has been consistently disappointing.
