- HLHenrique LauarAug 25, 20261.0Very good environment, I've been there for a long time But it's already the second time I come during the week (between 6 and 7pm) and I'm not attended Employees simply disappear to the back of the store and leave customers waiting for several minutes. If you don't scream to be attended, you'll spend hours waiting for their good will to show up to work. The value of coffee is higher than other Dunkin's and the service is infinitely worse. This was the second consecutive time... there won't be the third ABSURD! I will not contribute to this disrespect for the consumer, who knows in the future when there are significant changes

And when I addressed the manager about his incompetence in training his team on hygiene and basic cleanliness (Bobby) he told me “if you don’t like it leave”

I always order my coffee with milk on the side all of the sudden I was told no when I asked the manager she got it for me said it wouldn't happen again. We'll 3 days later same person told me no the manager was right there told her what to do and she told her no, I did get my order filled the way I wanted. This brings me to this past Thursday's visit everything went great until I got my change back which should of been $0.47 I only got $0.30 was told there was a change shortage no change in register. This is unacceptable there is no change shortage in this State not even with pennies. I don't understand how you can run a business that caters to the public with the lack of customer service that I have experience at this location.
