  We had a fantastic time at Dave and Busters. We really enjoyed the games and the food. I also want to recognize Thanos, one of the managers. He is always so friendly, welcoming, and willing to help. He makes our experience so enjoyable every time we visit. His professionalism, positive attitude, and dedication to guests never go unnoticed. Dave and Busters is fortunate to have him as part of their team and he truly deserves a promotion for everything he does. I also want to thank Millie, who was so sweet and kind when bringing our food. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. The staff at Dave and Busters make the atmosphere fun, welcoming, and enjoyable. We look forward to visiting this location again soon

  Nadine helped us out so much tn despite being very busy and she was the only waiter, also the on duty manager jay was the best, very funny too lol anyways get ur friends and come here, amazing service!

  Poor Service. I paid by card at the end of a birthday party, but I was later contacted and told my payment had "fallen off their system" and that their accounting would email me about the balance. For 5 weeks I kept a lookout for an email or any kind of follow up from them. Today I was finally contacted by their accounting, but I was treated like I had walked away without paying or that the payment "falling off" was my fault rather than theirs. This should have been handled so differently. Disappointing.

  It was great! The games were super fun and the staff were very nice and helpful when the ball for the bowling game got stuck. I would definitely recommend this place for kids and adults. Still, some of the games are impossible. I spent literally 100 creditws on one and still couldn't get it. Still, the prizes are great and they have everything. I was able to get a nerf gun I wanted and it is great! I am definently coming here again. :-)

  I used to spend a lot of time here. A lot of time and a lot of money. I like arcades. So I've gotten pretty good at some of the games. That doesn't mean I should be punished and made to feel unwelcome. Twice now, I've had a game locked on me. The first time, I was very close to winning a lot of tickets. But I had EARNED that win. I spent a lot of MONEY and TIME for that win. They locked the machine before I could make the win. And then reset the game completely so I couldn't go back and try to win again. I'm also very sure they removed any tickets I won from it. I checked and it didn't add up. But again, I earned those tickets!! And maybe lower the ticket output if it bothers you guys so much. The second time they locked it on me, there wasn't even a WAY to win big. They removed the big win completely. I thought they would let me play in peace since I couldn't even get the grand prize. They did not. They locked the game on me AGAIN after only one or maybe two(?) rounds. Didn't even let me play. I walked out. Not only did I FEEL unwelcome, but they're BLATANTLY rigging the games and watching people on the cameras or SOMETHING. It's WEIRD and it's WRONG. I have never had this type of issue at any other arcade before. They typically welcome me and know me as a regular because I spend a lot of time and money at arcades!! It's a hobby of mine. I'm so genuinely disappointed in this location. I used to love Dave and Busters. But this experience has been so disturbing. Also. The only reason I even went back after the first time is because when I complained about that experience, corporate actually sent me credits to go back and play as an apology. And then they did it to me again. Corporate may want my patronage but this location obviously does not. Will not be returning. And for anyone with a special interest in arcades. There is a bar called Freeplay in Worcester. $8 cover charge, ALL the arcade games are free and you can play as much as you want. Only downside is there are no prizes but honestly...the prizes at Dave and Busters are cheap and terrible anyway. Worth the extra 10 minutes drive for free games and no issues.
