  Patrick T provided great table service! He ensured that we always had water, and was able to answer menu questions really well! The games here are great as well!

  Buffalo wings were salty, not spicy, everything else were just okay. Not a hype about foods , machine sometimes doesn't work, even when we bought day pass, it's frustrating, I experienced like 6 machines didn't work with our cards , no time to fix, I just moved on to the next , but I love the location, will come back

  I recently stopped at the Dave and Busters Natick location while traveling and had an overall very pleasant experience. The staff were polite especially my server Maddie. She offered some recommendations and I decided to go with the Teriyaki steak and cherry bomb flavored wings for an appetizer. Everything tasted great! Maddie was wonderful. She checked in on us regularly and was very responsive. I will definitely stop here again.

  Was here yesterday with a friend & 3 of our kids. It was Wednesday, so half price games, which was lovely because the kids were occupied for over 2 hours. Stars were removed because the food service here is atrocious. My friend at I sat down at a booth, that we later realized wasn't cleaned because there was a stack of empty drink cups & a small plate with garbage on it. We were fine with it because we figured eventually someone would come over to greet us & take our order. After about 15 minutes with no interaction, we decided to run downstairs for a Starbucks drink. We came back up, sat at the same booth, that still had the same dirty cups & trash on it (since we told the kids it's where we'd be.) We finally saw a waitress (Rebecca) taking another person's order. We glanced over in an attempt to make eye contact & she said to us " You guys are good, right?" Not sure exactly what she meant by this? It was not a friendly tone. We clearly weren't served or even greeted properly at this point. We proceeded to order an appetizer & my friend was going to order pizza for the kids, but when she inquired about the sizes, Rebecca became visibly annoyed about having to answer questions. I shushed my overly kind friend & told her not to worry about it, we'd feed the kids elsewhere. The appetizer was mediocre but it's really hard to get over the poor treatment by this employee & lack of service overall. What would've likely been a purchase of over $120 ended up being under $30. Please do better & train Rebecca. I worked in the service industry for decades & this was unacceptable, even for an arcade.
