Warm beer, flat/no gas beer, card/payment problems, problems splitting checks — it’s always a mess. Most employees don’t seem to have the knowledge or authority to solve even simple issues. Something as basic as buying a wristband often requires waiting for a manager. So it becomes wait, wait, and more wait. Service can be good sometimes and bad other times, but splitting the check is consistently a nightmare. It feels like nobody can actually solve problems efficiently. After having bad experiences multiple times, I’d honestly rather just go somewhere else from now on.
