  This was the dirtiest food establishment I have been in, both in the dining area and in the kitchen. There was food EVERYWHERE. The counter where the staff was preparing my food was wiped off with the employees glove onto the floor to slide my bowl down, then said glove was put into bucket to grab cheese. The lack of cleanliness was something I have no experienced otherwise. We wouldn’t eat the food we ordered due to fear of food safety concerns.

  Consistently disappointing Chipotle location. I usually drive to Framingham to avoid this one. I give it a shot about twice a year and have yet to have a good experience. Main issue is low quality. They consistently throw together a mess of a burrito bowl and often make mistakes on ingredients on my mobile orders. It also feels like they don't know how to make some of the menu items. Example, they consistently undercook the fajita veggies so the onions overpower the bowl. They also burnt my kids soft tortillas to a crisp in my most recent order. It also just doesn't feel like the employees have any desire to be there or to have me come in. I wouldn't care if the food was good, but it's like having someone purposely make your food poorly so you don't come back. So, I'll continue to go to the Framingham one. It's also very funny that this location charges slightly more than Framingham when it's this bad.

  Always check your order before you leave if ordering takeout from here. No matter who packs my food, at this location it has always been missing something. When I let them know, they fix it, but that's not how it should be. Most recently, my child's milk was still on the counter where they packed my order. I let them know it was missing and they put it in the bag. Friendly people but consistently careless.

  This has to be the worst Chipotle location. Ordered two veggie bowl for pickup and guess what, no veggies in either of them. No sour cream added either. You could combine both bowls and it would still be less than a bowl you get when you get in store at other locations.

  On top of everything, the place is often dirty, which makes the experience even worse. What’s more frustrating is how stingy the portions are. You pay a lot, choose to come here over other options, and this is what you get? It’s honestly disappointing. You end up paying $17 for what feels like a tiny portion—barely a couple of pieces of chicken. I’d rather go somewhere more generous and get real value for my money.
