  Horrible experience at the Natick mall location. I ordered online, as I had done a few times before. When I arrived, the guy told me the order was not in their system and that they could not do anything about it, as they had a technical problem! I explained that this was not my fault, but he responded that it was not their problem either and that I should call their headquarters!!! All of this over a sandwich. I showed them the order confirmation and details, but they said they would lose money if they made the sandwich without the order appearing in their system! I called the headquarters number starting with 857, and nobody answered. This was not for an expensive appliance or a complicated issue. It was a small SANDWICH order. After 20 minutes of back-and-forth, the woman finally made the sandwich. I will NEVER go back to this terrible business. The guy is super rude. They seem to have no understanding of customer service and only care about making money. STAY AWAY.

  I wish I had checked the reviews before giving my money to this greedy business. This is absolutely disappointing for a $25 meal, surprisingly it says on the menu that it comes with an extra portion of steak which is a LIE. I tried to speak with someone but besides rude, they never tried to make up for it. Never again and I hope this helps saving other people’s money!!
