  We did not have a positive experience at the Natick location. We were not greeted/acknowledged when we walked in. Additionally, I presented my coupon before ordering, yet my coupon was not accepted during payment. We will NOT be returning to this location!

  Yum! This ice cream store is as good as it gets. Whenever we visit the Natick area, we end up here. They have some indoor seating, and some outdoor seating. Very pleasant. It *is* in a strip mall sort of location, near the large Natick Mall, but it's still nice.

  It has been some time since I've been into this Ben and Jerry's store. The pricing was high for what you got when it came to a scoop of ice cream ($7, not including tip). Traditionally a scoop of ice cream in New England is more like a scoop and a half or even two scoops. But not here. Also the scoop that is being used must be a special 'extra small' one. Plus the ice cream flavor/taste was not good (ordered strawberry cheesecake and it barely had any strawberry flavor and zero cheesecake flavor). If the ice cream had been amazing I would understand the pricing, but it wasn't any better than what you can buy in the store for half the price. Overall I wouldn't recommend this location for value or quality. Staff was fine, they weren't very busy, and I can understand why. :(

  I came here with my family, and everyone ordered something. One of my grandchildren took a taste of his order and did not like it. When we asked whether it could be exchanged, the young man helping us said we would need to purchase another one, meaning we would have to pay for both. I explained that I did not understand why we should have to pay for two items when he had only taken one taste and realized he did not like it. The employee said he had asked the shift manager, and she said we would still need to pay for both because we had not asked for a sample first. What made the situation more frustrating was that the shift manager was nearby and appeared to be listening to the conversation. When I asked whether she was the manager, she said she was the shift manager but then said she did not know what we had been discussing, so I had to explain the entire situation again. She repeated that we should have requested a sample. I explained that a sample had never been offered, so we had no way of knowing that was an option. She eventually agreed to replace the item this time but told us that in the future we should ask for a sample. I am not someone who normally leaves negative reviews, and I am not trying to be difficult. I am sharing this because I genuinely hope the owner reads it and uses it as an opportunity to address customer-service training with the team. The overall interaction felt dismissive and uncomfortable, and the atmosphere was not very welcoming. There were a few other things I could mention, but I will leave it at this. I can overlook a product that is not perfect when the customer service is good, but poor customer service has a much greater impact on the overall experience. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I cannot leave more than one star at this time.
