  HORRIBLE customer service. Dana was EXTREMELY disrespectful to us about pricing. She was trying to say each bottle of water was $5 each ? But the whole case said 11. She proceeded to make comments under her breath. She was annoyed from the beginning when we told her the price was wrong. That’s quite literally your job, who do you think you are? 😂 the manager then came over and removed it without telling us, so we had to go back inside and get It for the CORRECT price. And then the manager proceeded to also be rude to us. You wont go far in life with that attitude. And she literally stunk. fix your attitude and your BO.

  Every time I come to Nantucket I have to stop at the stop and shop. It's a great place and Danielle is an amazing asset to the team. She is friendly and knowledgeable and always ready to help. She is awesome. Danielle alone would get 5 stars but I had to deduct 2 stars because of the manager Sharon. She is not only rude to customers,She extremely rude and nasty to staff. I witnessed her yelling and degrading a staff member and it was unprofessional and down right uncalled for. I asked the staff member if they were ok afterwards but they said they were used to it. How unprofessional. Is this the environment these people have to work in? Sharon doesn't need to be in a position of power if she can't handle the day to day stresses of the job. She's a disgrace.

  This store is consistently my go-to for weekly grocery shopping. The produce is always fresh, the aisles are well-organized, and I can almost always find exactly what I need on my list. The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient, and the checkout process is smooth, even during the busier hours of the week. It’s a reliable, pleasant shopping experience every single time.
