  The food is good but the service is terrible. Everytime I walk in there I am met with complete hostility and attitude. There were 2 people in the store and the cashier rolled his eyes at me cause he took my order without letting me finish. So when I asked for another sandwhich I wanted to order I got attitude. I don't understand? It's been every single time I go into that store. I always try to think if they had a bad day or just an off day but when it's every time. It makes me not to want to come back.

  We had a great experience Sunday morning. I've been going to Bruegger's for years, so let me pass on some advice: If you order ahead online you can get a free coffee and you won't have to wait. You can just walk in, pick up your order and be on your way! If you order @ the bakery, be sure to get your receipt. There's a survey and you get two free bagels with purchase for completing it. I will typically buy one, get two free but this time I got a bagel bundle and now I'm all set for the week! You can stop in and grab breakfast/brunch before hitting the shops, or take out and enjoy @ Wollaston Beach! Thanks to the crew for hooking us up with fresh jalapeno cheddar bagels! The rosemary and olive oil bagels are great too, plus the bagel bundle includes cream cheese. I highly recommend this Bruegger's.

  Bagels and coffee are both way better than Dunkin. Only issue is that there arent more locations.

  Bagels underwhelmed me a bit. Good, but not great. Good enough that we went back a second day - certainly better than Dunkin. Service was excellent.

  I wish I took a picture of my sandwich. I love bruegger's bagels. However this is the only brueggers I've been to that put 1 or 2 slices of turkey on the sandwich. With such little meat on the sandwich the other flavors overwhelmed everything else. I love sandwiches in general but this was an epic fail. Step your game up guys. My mobile order was missing napkins too this is just a basic need. Attention to this little detail would have made my experience very different. Maybe even 5 star. Hopefully things change and I can update my experience.
