- KBKaci BlackwellJun 7, 20261.0After reading the reviews, I almost didn't bother leaving one because it seems customer service complaints here go nowhere. The food was great, and the younger employees actually working hard were friendly and pleasant. Unfortunately, the older gentleman who appeared to shockingly be the manager and the older woman working the morning of June 7 completely ruined the experience. All I did was politely ask about the status of an online order, and my family and I were met with rude, dismissive attitudes. I understand being busy, but there is no excuse for treating customers that way especially when other people are picking up your slack so you can stand still and put napkins into the bag. To top it off, the older woman made an unnecessary sarcastic comment as we were walking out the door. Great food, terrible customer service. The staff actually doing the work deserves better representation.

I have no problem waiting my turn, but it seems like there could be a different process for people who make a simple order like a dozen bagels. It's frustrating when the bagels are sitting right there behind the counter, and you have to wait for about 100 online sandwich orders to get filled first.

Somehow they can’t prioritize basic orders ahead of making sandwiches. I was the third person in line. 32 minute wait for 6 bagels and a side of cream cheese. Not toasted or sliced.

The sandwich was stale and my egg was rubbery. The coffee had ground coffee in it so I felt like I was drinking dirt. The second time I got a plain bagel toasted with chive cream cheese with the hash and honestly tasted like crap. I fed it to the birds.
