- EJEmma JaffarianApr 7, 20261.0I just went through the drive though and ordered a drink and they repeated it back to me but when I got to the window the drink wasn’t correct so I kindly told them it was the wrong drink and asked them to remake it. The short heavier girl who was working at the window just blankly stared at me and rolled her eyes and walked away and didn’t say a word to me. When she came back with my correct order, she still didn’t say a word and just gave me the drink and closed the window. I will not be coming back to this location as I don’t feel very welcome at all and the person in window needs to be retrained and taught how to treat customers.

She rang my drink in wrong after repeating it back to me & when I nicely told her it was the wrong drink she stared at me for a good 5 seconds, rolled her eyes and just walked away without saying anything. If you’re going to have someone work in the window have them work on their facial expressions. This isn’t the first time she’s been rude. Don’t work in customer service if you’re miserable.

I told him that I would be at the store at 3:30 when they open they said OK Friday comes I’m at the store at 3:30 ordering the donuts and I’m told that they’re not doing the boxes right now which doesn’t make sense. It’s March 20. I was told they had 15 and if I got there early, I would be able to get one complete waste of time. Never again
