- EEEmimageMay 8, 20265.0Ordered some lobster and soft shelled clams for pick up, one lobster was missing and the clams smelled like death (specifically ammonia and was oozing brown discharge). Who is in charge of the seafood here, horrible quality. Everything else is decent but this seafood experience definitely will always turn me away from this Shaw's branch. Edit: Store director reach out regarding the concerns. Although i havent been to the store since, i can definitely give kudos to the director reaching out and talking through this and his professionalism. Store made it right, the call to set this tone, i never expected. Thanks!

Even though the order is complete and they have been paid, they do not release that hold. They say its the bank, then bank says its shaws. So, if you do an online order, hope theres no changes or youll be paying 2x until they let the hold go on the order you've paid for already. Otherwise Shaws is #1 for my shopping...good prices & good deals & other than the not releasing holds the online pickup is great!!

- TJTerry JonesJan 18, 20261.0I ordered my wife flowers to be delivered as a surprise for our anniversary and instead of contacting me the ‘person who placed the order,’ they chose to contact my wife, although they clearly have the recipe info and all the details of the order. They intentionally reached out to her and asked what kind of flowers would she like as if they wasn’t aware of the information on the order… They were totally unprofessional and intentionally disrespectful. They failed on their responsibility to provide fair customer service… Totally vindictive and unacceptable!
