  They start locking the doors 30 mins early locking the main entrance into the store and having to enter through the main exit to get into the store and then with 5 mins left before closing they lock the final entrance into store

  This is so terrible.... the lady that works at the Deli it's so nice and works hard but she's always stressed there's not enough help over there... I believe they would be shut down by the Board of Health if they saw how this employee handles the deli cutting of things with plastic gloves on leaning all over the counter opening the meat breathing on it and with her plastic gloves on she keeps pulling up her pants which are filthy and then going back to cutting your cold cuts and holding each one with the glove she just pulled her pants up with I feel sorry for her she is a hard worker but I'm certain that the Board of Health would shut that place down if they saw how things are being done in that Deli I just arrived home with $30 plus of cold cuts there is hair in them.. pieces from other cold cuts that they don't clean in between slicing stuff ...it's really disgusting... not right for food service area.. the poor woman was crying telling me she probably wasn't even going to get a break today and how she had so much other work to do and she really didn't have time to open a new turkey for me because she's so busy...... I said I'm sorry I feel sorry for you but that's not my fault I'm a customer I came here to get what I need so please..... she was very upset about that crying said she was never going to get her other work done and she was going to be in trouble.... Dear Manager of this Shaw's please get help for this employee and also monitor the cleanliness over there in the deli... I'm pretty sure the Board of Health would shut your deli down... I certainly will not go back to that Deli if that woman is working... not to mention she was so worried about doing her work in between cutting each one of my cold cuts she was doing paperwork and leaning all over the counter like breathing on my cold cuts before she's cutting them it really is a health hazard. .

  I was served at the deli on 07/31/26 by a personable young man named Patrick while his equally personable colleague, Ava, tended to another customer. Though they were very busy, they were patient and kind to everyone and I therefore feel they need a shoutout : )

  I love there chicken wings and the staff is always on point. The prices are a little high on a few things but overall they have great deals on most items to make up for those that are a bit pricey.

  Espectacular los productos y las ofertas. Y su empleada Faith que es una grandisima profesional y siempre con su sonrisa por bandera. La mejor empleada⚘️ Hoy 29 de Julio he ido a comprar al mejor supermercado de Massachusetts y todo como siempre primera calidad. El emplado de la charcuteria todo amabilidad. Y me lleve uma sopresa al ver a Faith en atención al cliente y lo maravillosamente que atendio y soluciono a cada uno de los clientes y la cola era grande y ella con soltura y profesionalidad realizo su trabajonde manera excepcional. Un aplauso para ella y todos los componentes de est Super en Milford ciudad a la que tengo un cariño especial. GRACIAS
