- GGG5 days ago5.0Look at my past reviews, I’m not a kind reviewer. I come to this Dunkin every weekend, Venky and Naga are always a pleasure to be helped by. They’re always talkative and kind, almost feels like I’m at a Starbucks or higher end coffee shop. I’ve also noticed that for some reason the food at this Dunkin tastes better than the food at other Dunkin’s, and my coworkers agree. So this is the only dunkin I go to. Props to the manager for hiring great people, giving great service, and serving great food. 10/10

I Normally place my order ahead of time on the app this time I didn't realize I hadn't placed it until the person on the drive-through said I hadn't. I pull forward and noticed a car in front of me so I finalized the mobile order while I waited. Once I pulled up to the window the man was very rude and I quote “ next time you come to the drive through make sure you place your order”. No need to be rude to your customers I will never be coming back here again.

I paid almost $7 for that, which is unacceptable. When I returned to the store to show the issue, the employee simply said “this is how it is,” with no attempt to fix it. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this is not an isolated issue but an ongoing problem at this location. This level of service and lack of consistency is unacceptable. I’ve never received a drink like this from other Dunkin locations. Very poor quality and lack of customer care.
