- MOMarianny Ortega5 days ago1.0Came in AN HOUR before close, not 20 minutes not 10 not 5 but an hour before close and this worker was incredibly rude rolled his eyes slammed a pan down because I walked in asked him if they close at 11 he said yes but they’re “pre closing” to get out earlier I had just gotten out of my restaurant job and I’ve never refused or complained service an hour before close. Told him I’ll leave and won’t get anything since it’s clearly such a burden for me to want dinner an hour before close… take the extra 5 miles and go to Franklin chipotle.

When I place a Chipotle order and walk through those doors to see you standing at the to-go station, a wave of peace washes over me. I know I’m safe. I know my bowl is safe. I know that somewhere beneath that foil lid waits a portion of chicken that was measured not by corporate standards, but by love. You have never failed me. Not once. Other Chipotles have hurt me. I have opened bowls that were 40% rice and disappointment. I have paid for double meat only to spend the evening wondering where the first serving was. I have known true suffering. But not here. Not when you’re working. When I see you behind that counter, I know I’m about to receive a bowl built by someone who understands honor. Integrity. Duty. Perhaps even destiny. I would follow you into battle. I would name my firstborn after you if I knew your name. If Chipotle ever loses you, I will consider the location spiritually closed. To management: I am begging you. Give this woman a raise. Give her benefits. Give her stock options. Give her the keys to the building. I don’t care what needs to happen. Protect her at all costs. And to you, mysterious to-go queen: thank you. You may think you’re just making online orders. You’re not. You’re making a difference.
