- LALee ApoldJul 17, 20261.0Unfortunately this is the absolute worst Dunkin Donuts in town. Not once have they put the espresso shot in my coffee. Find myself driving back or throwing away my 6 dollar cup of what tastes like dark water and cream. They just don’t care at all, then huge attitude when you ask politely to be remade. Food ALWAYS tastes like plastic wrapping. Please train your staff properly. It’s the closest to me but I’d rather drive 15 extra minutes. I’ve gone to this one in a pinch, this being my 5th time giving them ANOTHER chance and nope, EVERY SINGLE TIME. We have 2 other DDs in town, one in Lakeville, which are GREAT w/ much better customer service! Do better please.

The girl Ava who took my order greeted me with a bright smile and made sure my order was correct. The workers making my food put extra care into it and I was delighted with how it tasted. The manager runs this place very well and I will be coming back.

We asked two people in the store if the sun zest Dunkin zero was the energy drink, one didn’t know and the other said no since there’s sparkling water in it. When we got home, we looked it up and that one IS the energy drink, while it has sparkling water, the caffeine apparently comes from the syrups or something else that is supposed to be in the drink. While both the refresher and the Dunkin zero energy have caffeine in it, there’s SUPPOSED to be a significant difference. The refresher in a smaller size should be equivalent to having a soda while the The Dunkin Zero Energy with sparkling water has over double the amount of caffeine. The name of the drink doesn’t mean ZERO ENERGY, it means zero sugar energy just like the 10 calorie Red Bulls and other energy drinks.. I’m wondering if that’s where the employee got confused because she did look younger like she could be a teen just starting out. Management needs to make sure the employees who work there know what they are serving to customers who are asking questions. Sometimes a parent will order their child a little refresher for a sweet treat in place of a soda pop, so it’s scary to think the employees are mixing up the refreshers with the energy drinks!
