- RDRyan DeeJul 19, 20261.0Had an absolute terrible interaction with the young gentleman (Costa) working the drive-thru at this specific location (#3 E. Grove St. Middleboro.) this afternoon. I don't want to be a "Karen " by any stretch but this is not the first time I was treated with at the bare minimum customer service. Not sure if he likes his position or maybe he was not trained properly with customer interaction/customer service but something needs to give ? I do understand not everybody has good days but if this was the case it seems as if he never has a good day AT ALL. Because it definitely shows with his service or lack thereof. I am contemplating going out of my way to the Dunkin' Donuts down at The Rotary when I go to get my daily Refreshers just because of how the young man chooses to treat customers coming through the drive-thru. Customer service really makes a difference especially when you are treated at the bare minimum anything LESS then a paying customer. I hope "Costa" your drive-thru employee gets it right at some point because I am sure I am not the only one he shows lack of consideration, customer service and borderline respect to. - Ryan (*Former GROVE ST. However, the service can be a bit hit or miss during peak hours, which sometimes leads to long waits. Overall, it's a decent spot, but I wish they were a bit quicker during busy times.
