  Got my kid a k-pop happy meal cause she been a good kid but nuggets and fries was soggy and lukewarm. Almost like it’s been sitting for a while, never again at this location.

  Food is fine, Atmosphere is fine, but their communication here is horrible. They don't understand anything you say. Its like pulling teeth. They make huge deals if you try to ask for extra stuff. They need better communication workers. Never coming back.

  This location has an ongoing issue with an employee named María who works the night shift. She is consistently rude, unprofessional, and verbally disrespectful toward customers. This is not an isolated incident — her behavior is repetitive and clearly reflects a lack of accountability. It’s unacceptable for any business to allow this kind of treatment. Several people in the community are aware of this issue, and many have chosen to go to other locations specifically to avoid interacting with her. Management seriously needs to address this situation. Customer service should be respectful at all times, and employees who repeatedly mistreat customers should not be representing the company.
