  Worst dunk they won’t even let you go in and pick your mobile order up and force you to go through the drive through for it

  I just went there 7:31pm 06/28/26 and they did not provide service,they said they were closed, the stores says they close at 8pm!

  I have been here a handful of times since I work local and its the only Dunks near me, I know they moved from across the street, where I never had an issue with service or my food / coffee. This location, the wait time and customer service is outrageous, everytime I have been here I have sat at the order station for 10 minutes or more without an acknowledgement until I say something... then when they do take my order which was just an iced coffee, I pull up to the window and sit there for 10 minutes... then the window opens, and the manager is yelling at the employees because they ran out of iced coffee... then instead of acknowledging me, she blatantly ignored me until I asked about the coffee I ordered and she then snapped and said "yea you heard it right 10 + minutes to get the iced coffee made" so I just said forget it and left. Ive never had so many issues at a dunks that ive gone to multiple times.... Hire people that have customer service skills and that are self starters, because no one there is, which is a shame.

  This new location needs to step up I liked where the old location was because at least at that one there were much better staff and they had a good attitude. I wait in the drive through for like 20 minutes with only 3-4 people in front of me. Rude employees. Bad/very slow service. I do customer service and I would never respond to customers like how they do
