  i made an mobile order and i’m glad it didn’t take long but the service absolutely not i myself used to work at dunkin and created so many relationships with the customers that i still get recognized after 2 years! but the girl in the window looks like she hates her job and if you do work somewhere else because she didn’t say hi nothing just handed me my coffee and i asked a question and she just stared at me with out saying a word just staring into my soul and then i just say okay thank you have a nice one and she still just stared at me and closed the window??? 😭 you guys need new people with energy and respect cs this is how you can lose customers i rather go to another dunkin farther just because of that

  Rude staff. They acted like they didnt want to help me so I left and went to another Dunkin in another town!

  I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but after my experience today, I’m completely done with this location. The service is consistently slow and disorganized, and several of the employees are extremely rude. This location was much better when it was across the street. It’s clear that the staff need better training, especially when it comes to customer service. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

  I can’t complain about the atmosphere, but the service was horrible. They forgot about my sandwich, because they prioritize drive-thru. I’ve been waiting more than 15 minutes for all of my food to come out. And they don’t give you a receipt so you’ll have just to wait feeling stranded. Avoid it, or come through the drive-thru and check your order twice.

  What I thought was going to be a quick 5 minute detour through the drive thru, ended up being an almost 30 minute stop. The person taking my order clearly hated their job and then when I got to the window the person couldn't remember what my order was... There were only 2 cars in front of me. I then waited about 15 minutes for my drink which during 2 people asked me what I was waiting for. I clearly saw all the orders behind me getting filled. Then when I finally got my simple drink-yes I only ordered 1 drink it was bad. Totally tasteless and rage inducing. DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN IF YOU'RE IN A RUSH OR WANT ANYTHING DONE RIGHT.
