  Im not the type to leave reviews, but this is the fourth time ( third on a row) that my order gets messed up and I tried to get in touch with Dunkin’s customer service, but there’s virtually no way to get a response from them so I’m posting this with hopes that the owner of this franchise takes care of of it This was the cherry on the cake for me The lady working behind the counter was just zoned out having a long personal conversation with the people before me, so by the time I get to place my order she input it wrong in her computer(a frozen coffee) and basically refused to make it right for me I was in a rush to be somewhere and just didn’t have the time or energy to argue with her Again my intention is not to get anyone in trouble or be a jerk about it j Just trying to get the owners attention to his customers

  Ordered an espresso shot this morning with a side cup of ice that should cost about 50 cents but got charged over a dollar for it ( the cup of ice) . My big and I do mean big gripe is . I got a cup of coffee and it was called espresso . Nope very unhappy with this Dunkins today . Do me dirty once and I never go back . Sorry not sorry . But I guess I should have known that it wasn’t an espresso since it only took a quick walk over to make it . Lesson learned . Poor very poor .

  Pretty sweet, this cool lady in there (I do not know her name) is always super sweet, hooks me up with a free donut every now and again. All in all a 11/10. Better than the one on Graham💀
