Quien y que hace un gerente de operaciones para que se llegue al punto de que una location cierre por falta de producto. NO RECOMIENDOS, se cierra a las 10 pm pero no vengan porque cerraron todas sus puertas y ventanas por falta de productos y por horrible servicio al cliente. The customer service was atrocious. We walked in and were immediately forced to leave; the customer service employee told us that they had no products to sell and that people were just walking in as if they owned the place. This is completely unacceptable behavior toward a customer. What is a manager supposed to do—and who is responsible—to ensure that the customer experience isn't negatively impacted in a situation like this? Furthermore, what is an Operations Manager doing—and who is accountable—to allow a location to reach the point where it has to shut down due to a lack of inventory? I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. It is supposed to close at 10 PM, but don't bother coming, as they have locked all their doors and windows—both due to a lack of products and because of their horrible customer service.
