The workers are aware of these flies and do absolutely nothing about it and go on with their day. A single fly egg on one of those donuts is enough to make someone severely ill and send someone to the hospital. This is enough to be considered a biohazard by how disgusting this is. If I don’t get a response from someone about this issue, I will be calling the health department and sending them all of the videos and photos. I promise you when I say that I WILL be getting an agent to this location if i don’t get a response. Thank you.

I visit this store every morning before work, and I always order my breakfast without meat because I have a confirmed allergy. Despite clearly stating this every time, my order continues to be prepared with meat. When I politely explained my allergy, the drive‑thru employee raised her voice at me and insisted that I ordered meat, which is completely untrue and highly unprofessional. Another employee, who identified herself as Maria, simply removed the meat from the sandwich and handed me the same one — I saw her do this — which is extremely unsafe for anyone with a food allergy. Today, I received another poorly prepared sandwich, and after eating it, I felt dizzy and unwell. This is not only disrespectful, but it shows a lack of basic food‑safety training and awareness of allergy protocols. I want to emphasize that some employees at this location are kind and professional. However, the repeated behavior of these two individuals shows a pattern of negligence and disrespect that puts customers’ health at risk. As a daily customer who chooses Dunkin’ every morning, I am requesting that Dunkin’ corporate review the conduct and training of these two employees immediately. Food allergies are a serious matter, and this level of carelessness could lead to severe consequences. I hope Dunkin’ takes this situation seriously and ensures that proper standards are upheld at this location.
