I've worked retail and food jobs before, so I know it's not an easy thing to do in this particular location does deal with a lot of traffic from the movie theater, a few doors down, but I don't think it's too much to ask for food to be hotter than room temperature and prepared with a basic amount of care, especially at the prices Chipotle is charging these days. Unfortunately, our first time back and the food was sloppy and lukewarm as usual. It wasn't particularly busy and there was no one waiting for counter service so that's eliminated as an excuse. Making matters worse, my burrito looked like it was the preemie baby of a real burrito. As soon as I pulled it out of the bag I knew I was in for burrito disappointment. And yes, I have reported every past food issue using Chipotle's Pepper AI device and nothing ever comes of it.
