  I like the bagels enough to keep coming here (and the salmon sandwich is just perfect!) but I hate the process for ordering online. The app and website are very buggy. In the store, they are very likely to have your order prepared and standing somewhere behind the counter instead of in the order pick-up area. You wait around and no one acknowledges you until you finally ask about the order and turns out its been standing there prepared all along out of site and you are supposed to guess that it is ready. They also seem to have stopped cutting the bagels and sandwiches in half.

  I tried an Asiago bagel with garlic ranch cream cheese and a turkey sandwich with chive charm cheese on an Asiago bagel. The garlic ranch cream cheese tasted plastic-like to me and I didn’t like it. The sandwich with the chive cream cheese was superior but a little dry. I tried the orange juice and a caramel iced coffee. The orange juice tasted watered down and the iced coffee was sickeningly sweet for my taste. The employees helped when asked and there was plenty of seating, but the tables were a little dirty in my opinion.

  Asked for an onion bagel toasted. Got it burn to crisp. If this is difficult for this location, what else can’t they do right?

  I paid for 2 eggs on my sandwich you gave me one , by the time I ate it I had already driven away .

  It was my first day in the area and I was looking for place to have breakfast. I tried their everything bagel. The bagel’s quality was amazing, and had a good amount of protein portion. Iced espresso was also an excellent complement for the breakfast.
