Sucks

When I realized and called a couple hours later, they couldn’t have been kinder, and informed me that they did have it safe and sound. Thanks again so much!

I have to go in there to buy town trash bags and I wonder how on earth can they be leaving moldy, mushy, wrinkly or brown fruit out every time I'm there?

I'm a regular... they know me by name.....Hardly.... (lol) but there are a few employees at SHAWS MEDWAY that particularly stand out as being a big part of why I shop here. KATELYN... you are the best .... but I have 2 young men that work exceptionally well at their customer service skills. I say "skill" however, what these 2 have can not be taught. they are exactly the kind of employees you want helping you... ALEX and WILLIAM you are my favorite reason for using SHAWS. tonight they were so incredibly welcoming towards me. genuine kindness, big smiles, made me smile... just funny, professional, kind, unbelievably stand out kids working their way thru school. YOU NEVER GET Katelyn, William, or Alexs anymore. there is a lack of service these days. but consistently I enjoy my trips because of employees like these .
