- LHLincoln HartOct 28, 20265.0I had a great experience at Shaw’s thanks to Colin! I was shopping and having trouble finding a few items I needed, so I decided to ask him for help. Colin was super friendly and took the time to help me find everything I was looking for. He was patient, polite, and made sure I had everything I needed before moving on. What really stood out to me was how positive and helpful Colin was throughout the whole experience. He made what could have been a frustrating shopping trip much easier and more enjoyable. It’s great to see someone who genuinely cares about helping customers and making sure they have a good experience. Colin is a great example of excellent customer service, and Shaw’s is lucky to have him on their team!

His passion for produce, commitment to customer service, and dedication to deliciousness is unparalleled. I wouldn't be surprised if he's not the head manager soon, or even CEO. When I think of a better world, I imagine this young buck is somehow a part of it. Keep up the good work Colin A, you are a beacon of flickering light at the front entrance. Take a bow, young man, you deserve it.
- DWDavid WagnerOct 21, 20261.0Noticed clearance bread rack missing and 4 day past sell date bread at baker rack. Going back to this kinda Shaws again I see. When dad was alive we had to return a lot of his past date purchases, and when I worked third shift for a winter I would fill a carriage a shift with expired food goods. They have a policy of push the food back to take inventory and then the food never gets pulled forward afterwards just stocked over. Store manager at the time pulled me aside and said these words and I quote " it's not your job to go and find expired food". My response was my elderly father shops hear and buys your expired food. That's the Shaws I am referring to when I say back the the old Shaws.
