- JCJoeseph Caggiano6 days ago1.0Extremely disappointed with my experience at Five Guys in Medford. They made a mistake with my order, and I was specifically told that I could come back the following day and have the food replaced. I returned based on what their own employee told me. When I got there, I spoke with the manager, who immediately gave me a nasty and unprofessional attitude. On top of the way I was treated, he refused to replace the food. Mistakes happen, and I would never leave a bad review simply because an order was made incorrectly. My issue is how the situation was handled afterward. If your staff tells a customer that their order will be replaced, management should honor that or at the very least handle the situation respectfully and professionally. I wasted my time coming back because I trusted what I was told, only to be met with an attitude and leave without my food being replaced. Very poor customer service, especially coming from a manager. This experience was completely unnecessary and definitely left a bad impression.

Mistakes happen, but what bothered me more was the way the worker handled it. Instead of simply acknowledging that the order was wrong, they acted as if I was the problem for bringing it up, which made the situation more frustrating than it needed to be. The food is usually good, and I’ve had plenty of positive experiences at this location, which is why I continue to come back. Overall, I still enjoy eating here, but the customer service during this particular visit could have been handled much better.

Our burgers were made exactly as requested, with fresh ingredients and great flavor. The location is excellent, and we chose to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather while eating, which made the experience even better. Overall, it’s a great spot if you’re looking for a quality burger, a keto-friendly lettuce wrap option, and a nice place to enjoy a meal outdoors. We’ll definitely be back!

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries.
