  I thought this place was closed, bc they're was a tall metal rack in the doorway, and it was Dark. I walked in, 3 workers were sitting at a table. I asked "Are you guys Open?" So 1 guy got up, and said I'll take you down there, end of counter. I stand there, now 2 people sitting at a table doing Nothing. Guy is back in the other end, Starts taking drive up order, now I'm standing there for 4 minutes, I walk down the other end, and another customer walked in, Guy starts his order. I wanted to just leave, but my husband wants a coffee, and I'm not driving all over to find another Dunks. I said to the girl sitting there- Can I please get a coffee? I should have left, they made a terrible coffee, Les, Less Ice doesn't mean a full cup of Ice, Really it's not that hard. Coffee, cream & sugar, less, less ice... nothing crazy, but they couldn't even get that right!!

  Yesterday I stopped by to grab a coffee and a drink, expecting a quick and pleasant experience but what I witnessed completely ruined it.The girl at the register was new, you could tell. Still, she was kind, polite, and genuinely trying her best. The kind of person you root for immediately. Then another woman stepped in (I believe she was the manager) and everything changed. Her tone was cold, rude, and unnecessarily harsh. The way she spoke wasn’t just unprofessional… it was disrespectful. You could feel the tension instantly. At first, I thought maybe it was just a bad moment directed at me. But then I kept watching… and she treated an elderly man the exact same way. No patience, no respect, nothing. That’s when it became clear: this wasn’t a one-time thing. This is who she is. Honestly, it’s shocking to see someone like that in a position that deals directly with customers. No one deserves to be treated like that, especially not someone older. That experience completely turned me off. I will not be coming back to this Dunkin again.

  Saturday 3/28/26 morning at around 9:30 there was a young guy working with all the ladies this morning did an AMAZING JOB MAKING MY REFRESHERS! I ordered 3 berry açaí refreshers with green tea and usually idk why but they never taste the same or have WAY TO MUCH green tea. He did an AMAZING JOB they were perfect!
