- CCC C4 days ago1.0I waited half an hour for a mobile order for one (1) hot latte. It's not clear how much longer it would have been if I hadn't proactively asked them to hand me my finished drink, which they just left sitting on the back counter after they made it. The management of this store needs to both put more staff on each shift (2 people working on Sunday in the early afternoon? seriously?) and make sure that existing staff know how to multitask. There's a manager (or maybe shift leader) on weekday mornings who runs herself ragged and just about manages to hold things together singlehandedly; this location is definitely best avoided when she's not working.

- RCRich CarboneAug 30, 20262.0I've been coming here for the last 2 years almost every morning and when I thought it this location was at its lowest its continues to surprise me. General incompetence, cant follow simple instructions, zero time management, clearly a lack of respect shown by staff towards management. The lady who works in the morning, this brute of a woman does everything she can to put as little effort and work as possible. Several times I've seen her be short with customers because of her own lack of interpretation, rolling her eyes when this are asked to made correctly and will literally stand and watch as the online que gets backed up and put no hustle into getting organized. This morning much the last few Sundays was chaotic. About 7 people waiting for online orders as the line for in store orders grew out the door. Meanwhile the manager is fighting for her life, running up and down trying to catch up. The brute standing at the online pick up fumbling online order slips and trying to make it look like she's putting orders together when there is nothing ready to go out. Literally staring out at the group of people who are waiting for their order like its a big inconvenience that. 10+ cups sit right next to her all tagged ready for the pour and she still needed to be told to work on them. After 24 minutes I was finally told the expresso machine wasn't working and was asked if I wanted something else. Meanwhile the 1st coffee of my order has been sitting 😑 melting. Then the replacement coffee wasn't even right. At that point I have up wasting my time. Ill continue to come here reluctantly simply because its the closest to me, but I expect the worst and not surprised when I get it.
