- JMJ M2 days ago1.0This is the worst chipotle in the world. They regularly put out orders that are barely half-correct. Salads with no lettuce, burritos with only rice and beans, etc. It’s basically a scam? Avoid at all costs.

We have ordered from Chipotle several times and ever so often our order just disappears- the doordash/uber person says someone before them has already picked up but we never receive the order. Clearly someone is stealing the orders and yet the restaurant has no system and are not doing anything to ensure it doesn't happen. It's really pathetic.

There’s always a long line and it’s not because there’s too many people ordering, it’s because they take multiple minutes to handle one persons order. Management does not have a tight grip on their employees here. It shouldn’t take 20 minutes to exit the store when there’s 4 people on the line. Music is good
- LNLyla NguyenJun 12, 20265.0This location kills it during busy hours. Came for the Soccer Jersey BOGO deal around 7 pm, got out at 7:45 pm. The girl working at the front of the line where you start your order… she ran her station like the NAVY! Major props to all the staff because it was extremely busy. Line was out the door but the staff kept it moving. When I was ordering, I misheard the first girl (Miss Captain) when she asked “ any beans?” When i answered “chicken”, she yelled “ ANY BEANS?!” and I didn’t even care that she yelled at me. She was moving that line along so other people (and myself) wouldn’t have to wait longer than needed. So I scurried along so I wouldn’t get my knees kicked in by her LOL. I noticed all of the staff doing their best to move as quickly as possible and keeping their station clean and the utensil/napkin area was stocked! I was like … you know what… good for them. They run a tight ship here! And I went home and the food quality was still good despite how busy they were!! Really appreciative today for the good food.
