  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience here, and I want to specifically shout out Nate for his outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in, Nate was attentive, respectful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was right. In a fast-paced environment like this, it’s easy for service to feel rushed but Nate stayed patient, professional, and locked in the whole time. He made sure my order was correct, handled everything smoothly, and kept a positive attitude throughout. That kind of energy doesn’t go unnoticed. It really made the experience better overall. Good customer service is rare these days, but Nate definitely sets the standard. I appreciate the effort and the way he represents the team. I’ll definitely be back.

  Stubborn, stubborn, stubborn!! I usually like this location, but the manager is incredibly stubborn. Some staff are great. Others not so much. And they always have different people working there when I go in. Tells you a lot! I went in today. TWO DIFFERENT credit/bank cards showed a CHIP decline. Two DIFFERENT cards. Hmmm. “System error” machine said. Suggested to the manager that it could be his system. You would have thought I insulted his kid. “No, no , no. Not MY system. Nothing is wrong! Must be a problem with your account.” Stubborn! Try rebooting your system sir! Went to another Dunks 5 minutes away. NO PROBLEM with either card! Being stubborn can lose you business.

  Honestly the sandwiches are good but if you have the bagels as is they aren't very soft
