After paying and being handed my coffee, I did not receive my food with it. I was told “you’re all set” and I politely said that I was still waiting on my food. The girl at the window looked confused and asked the woman on the headset next to her for help. The woman rudely (in front of me with the window open) said “well she didn’t say that, people are so stupid.” I knew I did in fact say that I wanted the meal deal within my first sentence ordering. However, even if I was the one to make the mistake this is horrible customer service and completely unacceptable. The woman was heavyset with a black pony tail in. Please be aware this Dunkin has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.
