  Excellent experience! The store has spacious, comfortable, and well organized areas, making the visit very pleasant. I loved the wide variety of products available, with plenty of options to choose from. The cleanliness and overall hygiene of the establishment also stand out, creating a welcoming and trustworthy environment. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in maintaining the store. Definitely recommend and would gladly visit again!

  what a messy deli department? A old guy with a pink hat who loudly talk from left side to a right side corner lady. What a manner and altitute? No manager over there to manage? How the work place running here? His loudly talking make very annoy and noisy environment seriously. I had waited many times to buy some chicken from that man with pink hat while he is talking to other person for some times.

  Be very careful when buying prepared food from this location. Twice now I have gotten spoiled food well before the expiration date, and last night their chicken salad had bones in it. When I went to return the boney chicken salad, the service desk person (Ryan) made me wait for ten minutes while he blew up balloons for some promotional thing they were doing. Poor quality and poor customer service in the same day. Remarkable. Wegmans and Market Basket are miles ahead of this store.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Beautiful new store, absolutely terrible operation. Within three months of opening, we’ve repeatedly encountered rotten and moldy produce, discolored refrigerated meat, incorrect prices, malfunctioning digital coupons, and appalling customer service. On one curbside order, employees actually selected moldy grapes and rotten potatoes for us. On another visit, we found more moldy grapes sitting on the shelves. So much for “We put the Pro in Produce.” The worst part is how employees treat customers when something goes wrong. I’ve repeatedly had to prove advertised prices, explain Massachusetts price-accuracy requirements, and argue over legitimate promotions. One employee actually told me, “If you aren’t going to show it to me, I can’t give you the deal,” after their register failed to apply a clearly advertised BOGO promotion. I escalated these ongoing problems directly to senior management. The district manager assured me they were being addressed, yet subsequent visits revealed the exact same problems. We initially made this our primary supermarket, spending roughly $200 weekly. After numerous disappointing experiences and no noticeable improvement, they’ve lost our business. A renovated building means nothing without fresh food, competent management, and basic customer service.
