  I was disappointed when Hannaford closed at this location and was hoping that the new grocery store Shaws replacing the store location would be as good... To my pleasant surprise - Shaw's is so far an excellent place to do my regular grocery shopping... The new store has excellent departments for, fresh produce, deli, cheese meat, bakery, seafood... but so did Hannafords and many other grocery stores. What makes the new Shaw's market stand out aside from the variety and fresh food and competitive prices, is the *excellent customer service!* The store has managed to hire some of the familiar best employees from the Hannaford's and added some exceptional new team members as well! All the employees at the new Shaw' s have been helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! I must highlight that the ladies in the deli department have been exceptional with going the extra mile whith friendly customer service in addition to perfectly slicing the deli meat and cheese and always having other deli items fresh and warm IE the most yummy fried chicken ever! Moreover, letting you know what is the best available value for products and savings... The Shaw's deli department is a big upgrade from Hannaford's and better than other grocery stores in the area! *A big shout out to a young gentleman employee in the customer service station Tyler! He helped in locating a store product, just because he over heard us talking to figure out the location while he happened to be walking though the prodce area, he pointed out the location without us even asking for help! Also, Tyler helped us open a Shaw's loyalty card in the customer service area and explain in detail how it works to get the discount and whent over and above to give the M.O. and the nuances of how to make sure to use the card on line, moreover how to shop the coupons and beyond... I thought that Tyler was a manager because of his knowledge and true customer care... He should be promoted and valued by the store managers and owners, because Tyler is an exptional employees! He makes customers like me loyal to this grocery store when, most stores have the same products... but exceptional team members actually make the difference in looking forward to a great shopping experience! I will be sharing with my family and friends how the new Shaw's in Marlborough is the best place to grocery shop in the area because of everything I mentioned above and especially the top notch customer service provided by the exptional employees!

  Segue uma versão natural para uma avaliação em inglês: I live just three minutes away from this grocery store. It was my first time shopping here, and it will also be my last. I’d rather spend an extra 15–20 minutes driving to the next Wegmans. The only real problem with this store is the staff. They all seemed extremely unhappy to be working there and were unfriendly. Anytime you need help with something, they make it feel like you’re asking for the impossible. Very disappointing.

  Cashier overstuffed one of my bags with too many heavy drinks and it ripped with my stuff spilling all over the ground. Please train the baggers to double bag heavy items.

  Very limited GF options. The grocery store that was here before had its own section and shaws has a few paltry items scattered through the store (and seemingly no pasta or bread??) back to Wegmans down the street I go!

  I really love coming into the Shaws. I come in at least twice a week. Everyone I’ve encountered has been really kind and helpful I love the layout and all the fresh fruits and veggies the guy at the seafood department was so knowledgeable and helpful I’m really enjoying having this Shaws close by I barely head to Market Basket now
