They went above and beyond preparing my food with care. Food was outstanding and the coke freestyle machines made my drink choice fun! I’ll be back again and again!

I can’t say exactly what caused it or who was responsible, but the timing was alarming. This experience has completely turned me off from eating here again. Very disappointing. I can post the receipt money down the drain.

However, When I came in, I was on the phone with my husband, confirming what he got on his Burger and what we ordered. We ordered a large cajun fries And two burgers. While on the phone employee kept yelling at me trying to get my attention and I told him just to give me one second as I was ending the call. I looked inside my bag. We ordered a large fries, which usually fills up the bag, but we got like a small. I asked for extra fries, but nobody can understand what I was asking for. The only person who treated me nicely was the person in the front who made our milkshakes. I’m very disappointed. I’ve been coming here since I was 10 and now have been coming here with my family, and this has been a very disappointing interaction. I am pregnant and I just had a craving. I got home, looked at our burgers and they put pickles on both of our burgers Which was not asked for. I didn’t even eat my burger, I can’t stand the taste or smell of it especially while pregnant. I am very, very disappointed at this point I would drive to The Shrewsbury Five Guys Although that’s 20 minutes out out of my way instead of going to the one that’s five minutes down the road from my house. VERY DISAPPOINTED
