  gave me like no food for the price is crazy. i asked for a little more and told me it would be an upcharge. i would get it if it was already full but it was like no food. i hate when chipotles do this. so annoying.

  This is the third time my order has been wrong. Instead of mild salsa they give me the hot salsa that makes the meal taste sad. The staff are constantly rude. They skimp on portions too (not always, gotta get the right worker) It’s unfortunate that a simple thing like mild salsa has become an issue.

  I’ve been sitting in the chipotle drive through pick up for 20 mins in a line with 3 other cars in front of me. Nothing has moved which is fairly ridiculous for something that is just for pick up and has already been paid for. These cars are in park and this is not the first time this has happened but definitely my last time using this chipotle o lane or whatever it’s called

  This is the worst chipotle I have ever encountered. They have 6+ people in the back working on the drive-through and to go orders and only two people working on the actual humans in store. It took them over 20 minutes to do one person in front of me because she wanted four things when I got up they told me they were out of steak in the store. I asked if there was steak for the drive-through because that’s a separate section about 10 steps to the left in their store and they said yes their steak but you have to go through the drive-through to get it and I said well I’ve been standing in this line for 20 minutes you can’t just walk over 10 steps to the left with the bowl and put steak in it and they said no I would have to leave go out into my car and go through the drive-through line. That’s honestly one of the dumbest things I’ve ever heard. I could’ve walked the 10 steps if they would’ve allowed it.

  The experience at this location was unacceptable. The employees were extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. My entrée bowl was barely half (with double protein) full compared to what customers typically receive when ordering in person. When I politely questioned the portion size, the staff responded with a “we don’t care” attitude and essentially told me that was all I was getting. What made the situation even worse was hearing employees openly mock customers’ names and make disrespectful comments about people from minority backgrounds within earshot of other customers. This behavior is completely inappropriate and reflects very poorly on the entire establishment. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism appeared to extend to management as well, as there seemed to be no concern for customer service or basic respect. I will not be returning and would strongly encourage the company to address the culture and conduct at this location.
