- DADina Abraham5 days ago1.0Everyone is so miserable and unfriendly here. The two women who usually serve customers are consistently rude and never seem welcoming. On top of that, they often give you much smaller portions than what you’re paying for. If you politely ask for a little more, you’re immediately told you have to pay extra—even though the initial serving is extremely small. They barely fill the bowl and even shake the spoon to make sure as little food as possible goes in. I’ve heard many other customers express the same frustrations, so this doesn’t seem like an isolated experience. Management really needs to take these complaints seriously. Better customer service and fair, consistent portions would make a huge difference.

Foot is cold and they forgot my drink

I asked for a water cup, and they said they don’t have water cups. “That’s fine.” I’m thinking, “They’ll just give me a regular cup to use for water.” Nope. They just wouldn’t give a cup if you just wanted water. I’m not blaming the employees. For all I know owner told them to do it, but it cracks me up that they just flatly deny half their customers a drink. If I go back and they give me a cup, y’all will be the first to know.
