- AMAndrew Miller6 days ago2.0Food was what one would expect from a chipotle, tasty and filling. The service was Jimmy John’s level of freaky fast, ⚠️ BUT here’s my gripe people! I asked for a water cup, and they said they don’t have water cups. “That’s fine.” I’m thinking, “They’ll just give me a regular cup to use for water.” Nope. They just wouldn’t give a cup if you just wanted water. I’m not blaming the employees. For all I know owner told them to do it, but it cracks me up that they just flatly deny half their customers a drink. If I go back and they give me a cup, y’all will be the first to know.

This is the closest Chipotle to my house and I usually disregard a few mistakes and mistreatment from staff because I know what is like to work in the food industry, but WOW when is like 4 times in a row… Insane. You pay for guaca on the side, the guaca never makes into the bag. You order a bowl at 9 o’clock at night and is like you’re offending their mother. They check your order out and won’t even hand you the bag. There are only two employees that have actually treated me like a customer and made sure I had everything I ordered. Managers need to step up asap.
