  I always go to this chipotle and it’s always amazing. I went today August 6 around 12 there was a lady taking orders, she had no customer service. She just stared at me when she wanted to take my order and did not talk. She then pushed my order to the next employee when I asked for meat on the side of my quesadilla instead of inside. The rude lady from the beginning then told her to not give it to me and they can’t do that as a side of a kids quesadilla. She was very disrespectful. I also looked it up and it said I am allowed to get meat on the side so very confused. The other employees I encountered were very nice like the young lady at the cashier. The lady that was very rude was pretty tall.

  The Chipotle Honey Chicken burrito was delicious! My only disappointment was being told Chipotle no longer gives out free cups for water. I even offered to have the staff fill the cup with ice and water themselves, but they still said no. Chipotle, please do better.

  The fact that I actually have to write a 1 star review for a Chipotle is sad. The staff is rough man... zero communication. Didn't even say hello. Stood around for 15 minutes staring at my bowl cause not one of the 5 employees walking around could just get on the register and ring. Nobody even once said "Oh sorry it will just be a few minutes." Like no big deal shit happens but damn nobody even say hello....just crazy to me.. Just bad man... even by Chipotle standards.

  Worst Chipotle I’ve ever set foot in. The chips were so stale I could bend them without them snapping. Staff were rude, dismissive, and completely indifferent to customers. They handed me a separate bag of chips that were clearly defective and they were. They’ll nickel and dime you for asking for a normal amount of toppings. Ordered a large cup of queso and got it half filled. I can only imagine how much worse the food is if you order through the app and can’t stand there demanding more toppings seven times.

  I have always expected better from Chipotle, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. My bowl was barely filled. There wasn’t even enough rice to cover the bottom of the bowl, the meat was about a half scoop, and I received what amounted to a teaspoon of sour cream. I had a half of a whole avacado not even smashed in guacamole. For the price you pay, this is completely unacceptable. I asked to speak with the manager, hoping they would make it right, but I was simply told they were busy and there was nothing they could do. There was no attempt to fix the problem or even apologize. Between the tiny portions and the poor customer service, this was the most disappointing Chipotle visit I’ve ever had. I won’t be returning to this location unless they make significant improvements in both food portions and customer service. Corporate needs to visit this location
