- ACAndreea C6 days ago5.0During a busy holiday weekend, I was on the hunt for Nutella and a very specific traditional item—pickled cabbage leaves—which are notoriously hard to find. Despite the store being packed, Mike, the department manager at Shaw’s Mansfield, went out of his way to help. He pointed me to the Nutella and, when he couldn’t locate the exact cabbage leaves, he found similar items and personally came to update me. Mike’s dedication, especially on such a hectic day, was truly exceptional!
- SSSSJun 24, 20261.0The bagger's attitude was awful. He had no name tag, threw my items in with one hand, and then clicked his tongue when he messed up. He has zero common sense, he put the easily crushed items right at the bottom and just tossed everything in without looking. When finished, he went immediately to his cell phone and said nothing as we left. He is clearly untrained. I should've just bagged it myself. The store needs to spend less on terrible staff and invest more in proper training or technology.
