She said to re wrap it’ll be 2 dollars… which I wouldn’t mind paying for if the bag wasn’t ripped… the bag was falling off and completely ripped.. she saw it and was like oow yea nope sorry still have to charge you two dollars? I said even for a super cheap little crappy bag? She’s like yea sorry. Cool thanks. The bag it came in was completely ripped I think something could have been done to accommodate that. Number 2, I’m positive the younger kids are checking the Pokémon machine, they all do, which makes it unfair to the people that come in and check the machine. I thought you weren’t supposed to do it on the clock. Not fair. The deli is very kind and helpful & the younger kids at checkout couldn’t be bothered they aren’t very kind.

Despite the store being packed, Mike, the department manager at Shaw’s Mansfield, went out of his way to help. He pointed me to the Nutella and, when he couldn’t locate the exact cabbage leaves, he found similar items and personally came to update me. Mike’s dedication, especially on such a hectic day, was truly exceptional!
- SSSSJun 24, 20261.0The bagger's attitude was awful. He had no name tag, threw my items in with one hand, and then clicked his tongue when he messed up. He has zero common sense, he put the easily crushed items right at the bottom and just tossed everything in without looking. When finished, he went immediately to his cell phone and said nothing as we left. He is clearly untrained. I should've just bagged it myself. The store needs to spend less on terrible staff and invest more in proper training or technology.
