They make you wait on purpose happened to be the only one waiting as they carried on a personal conversation as I wait for them to take my order. On other visits hear conversations not everyone wants to hear focus is not on the customer.They need to cut Deli meats thin as a standard last few visits the cut are to thick. Overall like this store but grade for the Deli C-

It’s easier to shop because everything is organized and matches the aisle/category. Looking forward to going back to stock up on whats needed because the prices are kinda reasonable with preplanning unlike other grocery places.

When I went to the seafood dept no one was there. I went over to the deli and no one was there as well. I went to the customer service booth and the girl very rudely said yes, I said is anyone and she quickly said no one is working in the deli tonight. I said let me finish is anyone working in the seafood dept, she said oh she’s on break you will need to come Back when they are finished. I looked at her confused and she said you want to talk to the manager? I said not really but since you offered. I stood for a few minutes and the rude lady said turn around he’s behind you. I turned around and the manager said she’s right the person in seafood is on break and you have to wait, Really this is the service you provide? I’m done with the crap service you provide and will be telling everyone I know not to shop at any Shaws.
