- JPJonah Perdue5 days ago2.0Management really hurt their team today. Only one Cook and six servers. The Cook was absolutely overwhelmed and was receiving no help. Also, someone needs to teach these guys What a correct portion is. I am finding myself always having to ask for more and they aren’t very kind about it

I tried to knock to ask about hours changed and she ignored me. Can’t call cuz it’s just a robot. Disappointing after working all day just wanting dinner.

When we got there there was no line, now 10 + in line because of slow service. Other customers were complaining also. Then had to wait 5+ minutes because no one at the register. Cleary must be under new but very poor management.

The meat tasted completely unseasoned—bland to the point where it didn’t even taste like it had been properly prepared. On top of that, the guacamole was clearly not fresh and looks like it was sitting-out-too-long. For a place known for bold, fresh flavors, this was a major letdown. Definitely not worth the money. I definitely won't eat here again.

What made it worse is that the staff was inside and completely ignored me at the door, without offering any explanation or even the courtesy of acknowledging me. If you are not going to serve customers until your posted closing time, you should update your hours to avoid wasting people’s time. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.
