  I had one of the best experiences at CAVA today thanks to the Stacey helping me at the line. They were patient, super friendly, and made sure my bowl was perfect. You can tell they genuinely care about customers and the energy they bring makes a huge difference

  The food was flavorful, but way too salty. We got salmon in the bowl and it was so overcooked It was inedible. Both my husband‘s salmon and my salmon ended up Getting thrown out.

  Stacey at CAVA was absolutely incredible. I came in pretty late, close to closing time, and she still treated me like I was her first customer of the day. That kind of energy is rare. She was friendly, patient, and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect with my order.

  The food was great, but what really stood out was the exceptional service. Holly was incredibly helpful and genuinely kind, making the whole visit even better. It’s always nice to feel welcomed and taken care of—definitely coming back!

  I am writing to report a deeply concerning experience at your restaurant involving a staff member (a middle-aged woman). From the moment I approached the counter, I felt I was being treated differently. As a customer with brown skin, I perceived the behavior toward me as discriminatory and unwelcoming. The employee repeatedly instructed me not to reach over the counter, even though I was not doing so. Her tone and manner were unnecessarily harsh and appeared targeted. Additionally, while another employee was preparing my bowl, she intervened and told them not to follow my requests. When I asked to add lettuce after passing that section, I was abruptly told that it was not allowed to go back—again in a dismissive and unfriendly tone. The overall interaction felt disrespectful and uncomfortable, to the point that I chose not to complete my purchase and left the restaurant. No customer should feel singled out or treated unfairly in this manner. This experience reflects poorly on your brand. Behavior like this not only drives customers away but raises serious concerns about inclusivity and customer service standards. I request that this matter be reviewed, and appropriate action be taken to ensure all customers are treated with respect and fairness.
