  Such a great experience at Cava! Stacey was absolutely amazing — so sweet and genuinely made the whole experience feel so welcoming. She was incredibly helpful and made everything so easy and enjoyable. You can tell she truly cares about the customers. Highly recommend!!

  I came to cava in Mansfield for the first time and Stacey was serving me and she was very polite and helpful with figuring out what I wanted and overall I had a good experience.

  First time at cava and had one of the best experiences don’t know anything about the place and Stacey helped me throughout the whole process and made it feel super comfortable.

  We absolutely love the food at Cava, went to get it today at the Mansfield location and left after being inside the building for two minutes. We got into line and waited by the refrigerator with bottled drinks, it was visibly dirty on it and there was a space between the wall and the unit that was clearly not cleaned in awhile. The unit was not to temp with ice defrosting but drinks still on it. When we went to move in line, our sneakers stuck to the floor and made a noise and were sticky to pull off the ground. We immediately left. It’s a shame because the food is great but the cleanliness is disgusting and the customer service is lacking and less friendly in the last few months.

  We always love eating at CAVA, but tonight we were especially impressed by the professional, friendly, and attentive service. Stacey was incredibly kind and knowledgeable in helping us navigate allergens safely, which means a lot to us because I have celiac disease. I was especially impressed to learn that Stacey has only been working in the food industry for a few months. Her awareness, care, and attention to cross-contact concerns were exceptional. She made us feel genuinely cared for and safe. CAVA, you should be proud of Stacey—and of the training that has equipped a newer employee to provide this level of care. Thank you, Stacey, for taking such good care of us tonight!
