  Never again. My wife and I came to get two small bowls. “Grace “ at the counter is so arrogant so impolite and rude; her way of speaking to the costumer is insane .

  I had a great experience at CAVA, and Stacey was a big part of that. She was extremely friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. She made sure everything was handled smoothly and was genuinely helpful throughout my visit. It’s always nice to come across someone who takes pride in providing great service. I really appreciated Stacey’s professionalism and positive attitude. I’ll definitely be coming back to CAVA!

  we went into Cava in mansfield tonight and had the BEST expiernce in fast food ever. all the servers were extremely accommodating and deserve a raise. I want to shoutout to especially Olga, Stacey, Ayvan, and Donny!!! they were extremely amazing and made our expireience worthy of us 100% coming back in the future!

  My first experience at CAVA was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with friendly smiles and outstanding customer service. Kyra was incredibly helpful with my order, took the time to answer my questions, and made sure everything was perfect. The food was fresh, delicious, and exceeded my expectations. A big thank you to Abbey as well for helping make the experience even better. It’s clear the team truly cares about their customers. I left impressed and will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Kyra and Abbey—you guys are the best! Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great food and exceptional service!

  Stopped in during a serious rush, not expecting much due to how busy it was. However I was blown away by the composure of the staff even though the lobby was a mob scene. I had been to this location quite a few times before, but I had never seen it close to as bad as this. Stacey put together my bowl with care and Ayvan ran the register with genuinely great customer service. I’m fairly regular here and always get a water cup with my order, but I forgot to ask for one this time. Right as I was walking away, Ayvan caught it and offered me one anyway, the fact that he remembered my usual order is going above and beyond, he is a truly inspirational young man. Both of them stayed upbeat and on top of things the whole time. Having worked in food service myself, I know how hard it is to keep that energy up when it’s slammed, so I have a lot of respect for them. Food was excellent too. Will definitely be back!
