  Unbelievable how stingy this restaurant is. I get home and the portions I received were astonishing. The fried pickles alone were $10.49 and I received 8 pieces if you can call them that. Paid extra for the onion rings and got 7or 8 pieces. Done giving this place my hard earned money. Will not be returning. Do better!!

  We came in and it took about 5 minutes for someone to actually greet us, we just kind of stood there looking around wondering if we were supposed to seat ourselves at an open table. The staff finally came over and got us a table (for 2). I think they were understaffed, as the waitress rarely came over. We actually had two waitresses coming to our table, so multiple people took my order. Like I said though, they didn't come by often. The food was alright, just your typical microwaved stuff that you would expect. The picture quality on many of the TV's was very poor. The TV placement is also kind of awkward for many of the tables. Finally, it was super dark in there, they had the lights very dim. Not sure if that is normal or not, the only other BWW I had went to was in another State and it was bright and there were way more TVs, with each table having their own sound box. I most likely won't return to this location.

  This location often messes up carry out and delivery orders. Something is always missing. Make sure to check your bag before leaving the restaurant. Also, for carry out orders, the estimation on the app is usually wrong. I would add 15-20 minutes to your wait as this has been the case for me multiple times.

  Gave me one of the worst stomach aches of my life, I used to go to the one in Seekonk and had no problems, been there multiple times. I just came to this one because it was closer at the time and thought oh bww sounds good. I ordered 2 different sauces on the wings and only came in one no napkins cold fries all bad but whatever, ate all that shit. After eating I felt shaky like I was getting sick, at midnight I had the worst food poisoning I've ever had, still fighting it right now. My girl sick, my moms sick too. Was so upset about this I had to leave a review for the first time

  Don't bother. Waited over an hour for 1 entree and 2 kids boneless tenders. The staff kept saying the kitchen was backed up, but people who ordered beforehand were still waiting while other tables got their food, paid and left. After waiting an hour, I had to ask to pay my bill and get it packed for takeout. Our waitress understood and agreed that 60+ minutes was just unacceptable, so she partially comped the bill. You know it's bad when the kids want to walk out without eating. I only say this because I hope management sees this and makes some necessary changes...I have no desire to go there ever again, and by the looks of other patrons, others felt the same.
