  I went to Stop & Shop yesterday August 28th 2026 to get some groceries when I got there I slipped on fell on some wet flooring and have several people helped me up. They made a mockery of this process and call the ambulance who I refuse service from I then proceeded to go into the handicap cart and do some shopping. The handicap cart gave out several times and delayed my shopping and getting what I wanted several times. Also poor customer service an inept workers could not find the items I looking to get and I had to rely upon one particular person who was very helpful but the rest of them couldn't be less helpful if you asked.

  The products in the meat section are constantly spoiled.They alter the expiration date so they can sell rotten meat at the normal retail price.

  Price discounts are so tricky. Most of the employees are rude. This store is terrible.

  For the amount of self checkout they keep adding, they sure aren’t reducing prices at all with all the labor they are trying to save. Less workers, to the point that even self checkout takes forever when their machines don’t work. Employees especially the one single person manning 12-15 self checkout machines look stressed out. Lazy corporate store cutting back costs everywhere without reducing prices and putting the work on the customers.
