- CMChristina MuiJun 30, 20262.0Red flag: one of the people running the cash register was rude and unprofessional. She had short bob hair and a cupids bow lip and did not understand the order I asked even after 3 other workers had to explain to her. I specifically asked for no ice on my drink and when I came back to tell her, she said I did not say I did not want ice and that the ice was fixed. As someone with a medical condition of teeth sensitivity to cold temperatures the service would be appropriate to inform me that the ice was fixed if I asked for no ice. I could then order something else. However the lady was spitting accusations despite acting like the newest member on the team. No matter the misunderstanding, it is basic etiquette to approach the situation in a professional and polite tone, rather than accusing the customers. I would have given a one star review had it not been for her coworkers who patiently communicated the situation. Thank you to those who did, but the manager of this Dunkin’ truly needs to reevaluate this team member or cut them off, if the attitude can not be fixed, at the very least put them on food preparation and do not let them interact and drive away customers. There was also a random middle aged guy who kept asking me to be his friend and demanding why I did not want to, I didn’t know this person at all and he asked me 3-4 times despite me declining every time. I get that the workers are busy with their orders, however I am surprised out of the 5+ workers no one said anything. Positive: The physical set up was decent, but the attitude of one team member completely ruined the vibe. Other than the ice currently affecting my teeth, the taste was acceptable. There was also some seating, not very much though.

I questioned the price difference and the manager, in a super rude attitude, said that the pumps in the coffee were charged separately. It’s the first time I’ve seen something like this, charging separately for caramel pumps. I said I would pay the 6 dollars from the ad, so she threw out the caramel coffee and made another one. I didn’t want anything for free, but if the pumps are charged separately, the customer should be informed! I’ll never come back to this store again!

- KLKatie LanaganJan 22, 20262.0So first off i walk in and dont even get a hello or anything and then im standing there for 3-4 minutes at the register while the 4 workers are standing around just talking to each other and i ordered a simple everything bagel toasted with extra cream cheese and i saw her putting the cream cheese on and it wasnt even a normal anount so i reiterated that its extra cream cheese and i just got back to work to eat it and its overly toasted and still not extra cream cheese!! Just awful service and just rude and cant even do the simplest of things
