- MLMady LeeApr 12, 20261.0I would give 0 stars if I could I ordered a flatbread sandwich that is supposed to be toasted always as online does not give you the option to toast or not toast I also added a clear “please toast” special instruction because this isn’t the first time this store has done this, the special instruction was ignored. When I pointed it out, the staff argued with me instead of simply fixing it. Offered to “scrap the veggies off and toast it” I have already touched the sandwhich as well. They initially refused both a proper remake and a refund, and when they did remake it, they continued arguing the entire time with no apology. I also asked for their names and they refused to provide them. Overall, the interaction felt very unprofessional and unnecessarily confrontational over a simple mistake. This experience was frustrating and not what I expect from a basic customer service situation.
