Waiter was very stingy with the bill, trapped me inside the booth until I paid for the tip. Wouldn’t let go of my food until I tipped him. And was very unprofessional and rude with his customer service, asking if I had money to pay for the bill. Never going back. And seen two mice running around the facility. Very dirty inside. Tables were sticky. Plates were given to us extra greasy like it wasn’t even washed. Terrible terrible terrible!

I’ve been here twice in the last two weeks. the service at take out is very good. Both times they were very nice. The price is excellent. The food is fresh, tasty and heaping!
I will continue to visit whenever I’m in the area.

I was served the WORST meal of my entire life, & this place isn't cheap. I should've known better than to stay because the moment I sat down I looked at the silverware & was instantly repulsed. The food must already be pre-cooked because it took less than 5 minutes to be served after we ordered. I ordered the chicken and broccoli. I got chicken that looked like it was boiled in hot water with no seasoning, broccoli that was nowhere near cooked, & NO SAUCE on any of it. The fried rice tasted like it was cooked last week & was dry & tasteless. 1 piece of beef teriyaki that resembled beef jerky. Spring rolls had zero flavor & the greasy, dirty squeeze bottle of duck sauce on the table didn't help anything because it took had NO Flavor. I was starving too, but couldn't eat any of it. I got home & spent more money to order food from a DIFFERENT restaurant that was luckily freaking DELICIOUS. If you're truly hungry & don't wanna waste your time and money, do yourself a favor & skip this place.

I wish I could leave a 0 to be honest. I wanted to speak to management and this poor teenager had to be the messenger in this issue because they didn't want to handle their customer appropriately. HOW DOES ONE SPEND $120 WHEN THE RESTAURANT OPENS FRESH FOR THE DAY AND I GET DRY, UNCOOKED AND REHEATED RICE AND MEAT. Because I live far they said they don't issue refunds unless the food comes back- well I can't because its in the TRASH. I cannot bring back food when I live 45 minutes away. They said they could offer a $30 store credit....... thats 4 times LESS than what we paid for and for what? To go back for more food that I can't eat? I never write reviews but honestly its a shame that they have to stick to "policy" instead of their customers. I was left speechless.

I’ve been eagerly anticipating this place for the past five years. Last night, my husband and I decided to give it a try, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to my expectations.
The ambiance was pleasant, and the server was attentive and friendly. However, the food left us feeling somewhat disappointed. We ordered two Mai Tais, which were not particularly strong. The ginger and scallions twin lobster was too overpowering with ginger, and we should have opted for the peppery fried lobster instead. The special fried rice, which was recommended, tasted plain to us. The salt and pepper calamari, one of my favorites, was a bit too salty.
The pupu platter was another letdown. I only tried the Crab Rangoon, which was not crunchy and filled with cream cheese. I prefer my imitation crab. The platter came with a side of duck sauce and chili oil, which were okay.
Overall, while the atmosphere and service were good, the food was disappointing. It didn’t quite meet the high standards I had set for this place.
