Had a great dinner at Viet Tastes in Lowell and I'm already planning my next visit. The food quality really stands out — everything tasted fresh, with bold, authentic Vietnamese flavors in every bite. You can tell they care about the ingredients.
The coffee program deserves its own mention: a proper La Marzocco setup serving Vietnamese classics like cà phê trứng (egg coffee) and cà phê muối alongside the usual espresso drinks.
Service was genuinely amazing — warm, attentive, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. And the space feels brand new: clean, modern decor with a cozy atmosphere.
Easily one of the best Vietnamese spots in the Merrimack Valley. Highly recommended.

For me, pho isn't just a meal; it is the ultimate comfort food. And I eat quite frequently, if not weekly, maybe every 2 weeks. I will gladly eat it in the dead of summer, as long as the restaurant’s AC is pumping, and my recent visit to this local gem is making me want to come back again the next time I’m driving by this area.
Large bowl for $19, this massive bowl is worth every single penny. The portion was huge, but it's the quality that truly seals the deal. The broth is liquid gold. It hit that flawless balance with just a very slight hint of sweetness underlying the deeply savory, long-simmered beef base. It was clean and complex; the sip of this broth takes you to heaven. The meat, meatballs, tripe, and tendon were tender and added that authentic bite. The fresh spring rolls were just as good, although it kinda made me half full prior to the bowl; I still managed to eat 75% of the bowl. Yeah, it was that good!
Service was friendly, the restaurant was comfy and clean, and the AC was wonderful. So, even if it’s 90 degrees Fahrenheit outside, you can still enjoy a bowl of pho.
This place is exceptional.
First off the restaurant is very clean and organized on the inside, utensils and plenty of sauces on the table. Staff are super friendly and willing to accommodate requests. We came in with a large party of 30 people and they were willing to let us move tables.
In addition they were very friendly and attentive when it came to missed orders, incredibly understandable given our extremely large party for a small restaurant.
Finally the food:
Rare steak + tendon food: Very tasty broth with a spice combo that you can tell they handmade instead of a spice packet. Noodles were not overcooked and it was loaded with plenty of beef.
Crispy Pork Belly Bahn Mi: loaded with meat and all the classic bahn mi vegetables. Super fresh and crispy pork and classic vietnamese baguette.
Grilled Pork Banh Hoi: My first time trying this dish and was delicious. Everything was room temperature but the vermicelli sheets were the perfect texture with a flavorful fish sauce.
Highly recommend this restaurant!
